If you received a refund, it was likely due to an item that was not in stock. Items are pulled in the order they are received. Orders placed the day before and those placed early morning will be pulled and sent out first.
Although we do our best to keep items on hand, sometimes demand causes our stock to deplete. If you order an item that is unavailable, a representative will call you to inform you. You can then decide if you would like a substitute, a cancellation of the item (resulting in a refund) or to reorder for a later date. At this time, they will also let you know when the item is expected to be back in stock.
Absolutely! If it is easier or quicker for you to pick up, feel free to take advantage of our drive thru pick up service. Just type "pick up" in the comment box. Pick-ups are ready as soon as the order is placed. Our pickup location is at 238 N Port Ave. Just drive up to the pickup window with your order number.
We currently deliver to all of Corpus Christi, as well as the surrounding areas. Out of town customers may be subject to certain set delivery days.
