We are open from 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM Monday - Saturday. Closed Sunday.

Orders placed after 2pm, will be delivered the following day. All orders placed during business hours will be delivered same day, unless the customer specifies otherwise. Special order items will need 1-3 days advance notice before delivery, to allow for acquisition of the item.

Yes, you can have another person place your order, as long as they provide the correct account name and confirm the correct delivery location.

If you received a refund, it was likely due to an item that was not in stock. Items are pulled in the order they are received. Orders placed the day before and those placed early morning will be pulled and sent out first. Although we do our best to keep items on hand, sometimes demand causes our stock to deplete. If you order an item that is unavailable, a representative will call you to inform you. You can then decide if you would like a substitute, a cancellation of the item (resulting in a refund) or to reorder for a later date. At this time, they will also let you know when the item is expected to be back in stock.

Yes, we are happy to take your order in person during normal business hours. You will place the order with a receptionist and the order will be pulled by our staff and brought out to your vehicle.
